Our services include on-demand digital toolkits, reflective resources, live and recorded sessions, and application-only mentoring experiences.  This website is hosted on the Zenler platform. Zenler provides the technical infrastructure only and is not responsible for the content or services offered by Blue Water Family Academy.  

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a course, purchasing a toolkit, or participating in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.  

3. Nature of Services and Important Disclaimer
Blue Water Family Academy offers educational, reflective, coaching, and mentoring-based services designed to support personal insight, stress relief, self-awareness, and life transitions.  Our services:  Are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment  Do not replace professional healthcare, counselling, or clinical support  Do not guarantee specific outcomes or results  You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions. If you have concerns relating to your physical or mental health, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.  

4. Use of Website and Digital Content
Permission is granted to access and use the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only.  You may not:  Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute materials  Share login details or course access with others  Use content for commercial purposes  Upload, mirror, or republish content elsewhere  Remove copyright or proprietary notices  All content remains the intellectual property of Blue Water Family Academy unless otherwise stated.  Access to digital products may be time-limited, as specified at the point of purchase.  

5. Payments, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).  If you are purchasing from outside the United States:  Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees  Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider, not by us  Where applicable, VAT or other local sales taxes may be applied at checkout in accordance with relevant regulations.  Blue Water Family Academy is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.  

6. Refunds and Cancellations 
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content:  On-demand digital toolkits and downloadable resources are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase  For live sessions, mentoring, or application-only programmes:  Specific cancellation or refund terms will be communicated prior to enrolment  Missed sessions are not automatically refundable or reschedulable  Any approved refunds will be processed in USD to the original payment method. Currency exchange differences and third-party fees are not refundable.  

7. Conduct and Participation 
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to our services if a participant:  Acts in a disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful manner  Breaches confidentiality or community guidelines  Misuses content or intellectual property  In such cases, no refund will be due.
