1. Is your work only for people of African heritage?
No. While my work is deeply rooted in African Indigenous Knowledge systems, it is designed for the global family from all heritage groups who follow life affirming traditions. I welcome clients from all backgrounds who are seeking a spirit-centered approach to personal growth, ancestral connection, and inner world renewal.
2. Is your work religious?
No. My work is not religious. It is spirit-centered. This means the available training, honours the non-physical aspects of your existence, such as intuition, ancestral memory, and life energy.
3. What is the foundation of your teachings?
I am not an ordained priestess, or minister, nor do I carry any other religious title. I am an author wellness advocate and I serve as a Journey-Guide, offering support, based on lived experience and continued research on how to live well with myself and others. My approach is grounded in ancient indigenous knowledge in general and African Indigenous Knowledge systems in particular. This creates a unique service, supported by a blend of modern and ancestral tools, including: Neurolinguistic Programming, to ask the right questions and customise your journey; Hypnotherapy, to support deep relaxation and stress release; I Ching (Book of Changes), a reflective guide for inner wisdom; Horology the study of time, especially to share all the different ways we can honour the seasons of the planet and the seasons of our own lives. In short, I lead by example, continually refining my own path, to ward off chronic fatigue and remain in tune with life’s unfolding. My role is to support others in remembering who they are, and how to begin again, with purpose, presence, and peace.
4. Do you perform funerals, weddings, naming or any other ceremonies?
I offer bespoke presentations based on my expertise delivered, on-line, in-person or in-nature, by invitation, subject to availability. I do not offer formal rites such as funerals, weddings, or naming ceremonies. However, I do support ancestral remembrance practices, particularly for clients who wish to mark the first 12-month cycle after a loved one has returned to the ancestors, as well as meaningful anniversaries in the years that follow.
5. How do I know if your work is right for me?
If you are seeking a path that helps you reconnect with your inner calm, honour the life affirming aspects of your ancestry, and navigate life transitions with dignity and clarity, this work may resonate with you. It is especially suited for midlife professionals, spiritual seekers, and those who feel called to remember who they are beneath the noise of modern life.
